Terms & Conditions

1. Serious and patient buyers only please. Back outs will be publicly blacklisted.

2. Measurements of items are provided in the chart and are provided to precision, so please double check the sizes before placing order. Please note that we DO NOT custom-make-to-fit.

3. Full payment is required within 3 DAYS once order has been confirmed.


4. Reservations for READY STOCK items are only for 24 HOURS. If we do not receive payment within 24 HOURS, the item will be available for sale or sold to the next keen buyer without prior notice.

5. Delivery can take place anytime between 2 weeks to 6 weeks from the time your payment has been made. Do NOT place an order if you are unable to wait. We reserve the right to cancel or reject any orders that are needed on an urgent basis. Bear in mind that should we run into any unforeseen circumstances, there be delays and we will not held responsible for such delays.

6. We also reserve the right to cancel any order should our T&C not be complied with.

7. In cases where the colours of the material for items purchased are out of stock, we will give you the option of a 100% refund or an exchange for a different colour.


8. Please be aware that we are unable to replicate these dresses 100%. We make these dresses according to our own estimation and interpretation of length, depth of neckline etc. Hence, please allow a 10% difference from what you see in the pictures, to what you may receive.

9. We will not be held responsible for damage or lost of items during delivery.

10. Goods sold are NOT exchangable, not returnable and not refundable. Cancellation or change of item will NOT be allowed once payment has been made.

11. Price shown does NOT include postage. Postage is to be borne by the buyer. All postings are only done via Pos Laju and on Mondays and Thursdays ONLY.

12. Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

13. Please order at your own risk and interpretation. Complaints will not be entertained.
